Last year I mentioned a neat tool called FLEX for in-app debugging with a number of nice features such as the ability to inspect and modify views within an app, scan live objects on the heap, and modify ivars and properties in-app.

Here’s an open source library that builds upon Flex from Dal Rupnik called Alpha which builds upon FLEX adding a vast number of features for even easier debugging.

Some of the features added with Alpha include recording and replaying of touches, console, push notification and network logging, remote debugging, application state snapshots, and screenshots.

You can find Alpha on Github here.

A nice library upgrading an already excellent debugging tool.
