Open Source iOS Library That Simplifies Working With The Google Places API

A few months ago I mentioned a library called P2MSRoutingView that allows you to draw maps with directions, get travel estimates, and perform queries using the Google Places API.

Here’s an open source library submitted by Lukas Kukacka specifically for querying the Google Places API called FTGooglePlacesAPI.

FTGooglePlacesAPI provides a simple blocks based API for searching places based on location or a search string, and gathering details about those places with filters for different place types.

This code from the readme shows how to create and perform a request:
