Open Source UIColor Add-On Library Providing Easy Access To Colors Used By Specific Brands
I’ve mentioned a few libraries enhancing the UIColor class to help find that right color when designing an app such as this library providing easy access to crayola colors, and most recently a library providing colors from Apple’s iOS 7 apps.
Here’s an open source library from Faprica called FPBRandColors that provides an add-on category with UIColor color’s that are useful if you’re trying to find a color that matches a specific brand.
FPBrandColors provides the primary colors for 126 brands that can easily be accessed by using the brand name.
Here’s an image from the readme showing a few of the colors and brand names included in the library:
You can find FPBrandColors on Github here.
A nice library if you’re trying to find a color you like used by a specific brand.
