It seems like each year Apple releases resources related to WWDC to non-attendees earlier and earlier.
This year you can already download many of the videos, and the source code as long as you’re a registered developer.
With iOS 7 the downloads are especially welcome with all the new APIs and the release of Xcode 5.

While there doesn’t appear to be a collection of all the code put together as of yet Johannes Fahrenkrug has written a new version of his WWDC downloader Ruby gem for 2013 that. The gem can be installed with:

the script can also be downloaded from Github here. There is a reported issue with the script for those running Mac OS X Mavericks.
