I’ve mentioned some excellent helpers libraries in the past built to enhance usage of the Facebook iOS SDK adding features such as blocks and even remixes of the entire SDK.
Today issued a new beta release of the Facebook SDK with easier user session management, new native views for common functions (with examples included), modern Objective-C language features such as blocks based callbacks, improved Facebook API calls and more.
The new SDK is fully backwards compatible with the previous release.
You can install the new SDK through the package installer here and read more about the release of the SDK on the Facebook developer blog, and there’s also a tutorial on getting started with the new SDK.
Definitely a significant upgrade.
