Another week has gone by and I hope everyone had a great weekend.  It is time to feature the past week’s iPhone and iPad developer resources.

The top resources from the last week include an open source well polished Cocos2D game, a drop-in control for adding user editable ratings into your apps, and an iBooks style component great for reading apps.
