I’ve mentioned a number of excellent open source apps that can be used as examples for those looking to develop iPhone and iPad apps.
Here’s another great app from Tae Han Kim called AppSlate.
AppSlate allows you to create apps that run within the AppSlate environment. AppSlate provides a great looking easy to use drag and drop interface, and many different components.

No statement about the exact licensing as of yet, but it is stated that you can “download, compile and modify”.
