Tutorial: How To Place Particle Effects Along A Path Using Core Graphics

Core Graphics is such a great library with so many useful functions.  I’ve mentioned tricks on using paths with Core Graphics in the past, and here’s another simple technique that demonstrates the usefulness of Core Graphics.

This tutorial demonstrates a very interesting effect by showing how to utilize Core Graphic’s CGPath as a guide for your particles. The resulting effect learned from the tutorial can add a nice touch to your apps.

This tutorial does not describe how to create the particles, but references Tutorial 8 from the 71 Squared tutorials which was mentioned on the iPhone game tutorial with videos listing.
