UIImagePickerController Tutorial – Taking And Saving Camera Images
Something that seems to come up rather frequently is the topic of taking and saving pictures taken with the iPhone camera. While it’s not the toughest thing to do if you have some experience with Objective-C Programming and the iPhone SDK, I understand the need for beginners wanting to see working code.
John Muchow has posted a well written tutorial on creating a Camera Application to Take Pictures and Save Images to Photo Album which takes you through the process of starting up the camera, and saving the image to the photo album.
If you’re looking for a more in-depth understanding you may also want to check out the UIImagePickerController class reference from Apple.
Please post any thoughts below, thanks.
